Simply Sourdough was founded by Laura Bennett out of a desire to provide healthier bread for her family. After sharing her homemade bread with friends and family and seeing a demand for it, she started the business.

Her sourdough products are made fresh daily using only high-quality ingredients, and she hopes the community enjoys the variety of sourdough options available.
